Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about our delivery times and rates.
1. Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped safely from our studio.
During peak seasons, such as Diwali or major promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods!
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer the following tiers across India:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): ₹99
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): ₹250
- Orders Over ₹1000: FREE
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window for the shipping method you selected, please reach out to us at support@threadedaura.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
