1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before or after it has been shipped.
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer support team before dispatch. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or missing original tags may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Charges
