  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist in tracking your order.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If the order is cancelled after being returned to us, any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
